Return customer inquiring our Multi-layer Protection System iPhone 4 Case

So a return customer inquired about our multi-layer protection system case for iPhone 4 in the store today (and another asked over ebay).  we definitely need to specialize/capitalize on these complete protection packages!!!!  for both iPhone 4 and Blackberry's.
